Which wards can NHI patients stay in?
These patients can stay in all ward classes and are exempt from paying the difference in ward charges if they stay in wards with more than three people. The difference in ward charges for single or double rooms must be paid out of pocket accordingly.

How can I get a bed earlier?
Those who are not restricted to a certain class of ward may get beds sooner. It is impossible to predict which type of beds will become available as patients are discharged from various departments. If priority is chosen simultaneously for single bed, double bed and standard beds at the time of hospitalization registration, the staff will be more flexible in arranging beds. The bed will be arranged according to the priority order chosen by the patient.

What items should hospitalized patients bring?
I. Please wear loose fitting clothes and bring everyday goods and underwear.
II. If you forget to bring anything, all the stores in the Hospital also sell related supplies.
III. Family members who accompany patients must still prepare their own quilts. -

Do you provide nursing services?
Those in need of such services can consult the nursing station in the ward after the patient is admitted.

Does the hospital have a curfew?
The curfew lasts from 10: 00 p.m. to 07: 00 a.m., in order to avoid disturbing patients. Please refrain from entering the hospital after 10: 00 p.m.

Is there a phone in the ward?
Single bed hospital wards are equipped with telephones, and there are also public telephones on all floors of the Hospital.

How is the food served in wards of the Hospital?
I. The Hospital provides general meals for inpatients, and you can order meals at the nursing station.
II. If a therapeutic diet or blenderized tube feeding is required for disease treatment, the Hospital will provide the respective diet according to the doctor’s prescription.
III. There are also various types of food and beverages for sale at the food court in the Hospital’s basement, which patients and their families can purchase as needed. -

How many medicines can I take home when I leave the hospital?
If there is a need for follow-up treatment, the doctor will make an appointment for a return visit on your behalf and give you the required dosage as needed. For patients with chronic diseases that required long-term medication, up to 30 days of medicine can be given.

I. This hospital provides the easiest and most convenient ways to pay at the nursing station. The payment methods are as follows:

What time does the inpatient need to go to the inpatient service center counter to complete the check-in procedure on the day of hospitalization?
