Step 1 Determine the specialist you wish to consult
[Notices] Please refer to "Reference for Medical Treatment of Various Diseases by Specialty". Those aged 18 and under should consult a doctor for children.

Step 2 Register

II. Registration by appointment
Phone appointment─Manual
Appointment by staff─Ward nursing station, payment counter
Doctor ordered appointment
Online appointment or appointment via the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital app (download on Android or iOS)
[Data to be prepared] Before making an appointment, please prepare: Visit time, doctor ID, and medical record number (the ID number can be used on the first visit instead).

Step 3 Waiting for consultation
[Data to be prepared] Please bring your NHI IC card (or Children’s Health Booklet or Pregnant Woman Booklet) and national ID card or other documents that are sufficient to prove your identity and health insurance coverage on the day of medical treatment.
[Notices] Please check in with your NHI card or use the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital app to check in.

Step 4 Doctor's diagnosis and treatment prescription
[Notices] For patients who need further treatment, the doctor will issue a notice of hospitalization to the hospitalization counter for hospitalization.

Step 5 Payment
[Data to be prepared] You can use the self-service payment machine (cash or EasyCard) or medical payment app (download on Android or iOS) to pay according to the payment notice.

Step 6 Get your medicine at the outpatient dispensary
[Notices]
I. Go to the counter to pick up the medicine in accordance with the number on the outpatient dispensary display screen.
II. Those who have been prescribed injections should go to the injecting room.

Step 7 Return home safely
