If there is still no definite choice, you can choose any of the specialists in the department. The doctors in the Hospital have been rigorously trained and have plentiful clinical experience. They can provide you with professional services.

How many clinic visits can I arrange in one day?
The schedule is divided into morning, afternoon and night clinics. A maximum of two visits can be arranged in each period, and a maximum of three visits can be arranged in a day.

What information should foreign nationals include when making an appointment?
You need to prepare your personal passport or ARC, and register at the registration counter with your address and contact number in Taiwan.

After making an appointment, can I see a doctor directly on the day of the appointment?
Yes. Go directly to the examination room and wait, but please insert your NHI card or use the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital app to complete the check-in procedures first, and then see the doctor according to the visit number. Only first-time patients must go to the registration counter to handle the initial visit procedures.

What time should I arrive at the hospital to see the doctor after making an appointment?
Please arrive at the Hospital according to the estimated time of your visit number. However, first-time patients should go to the registration counter 30 minutes before the expected time to complete the initial visit procedures. The time required for medical consultation varies according to the patient’s condition. If it is not your turn yet when you arrive at the clinic, please wait in the waiting area and follow the order on the display screen. You can also use the Hospital’s website or Chang Gung Memorial Hospital app to inquire the clinic wait time.

Where is the on-site registration counter?
You can ask at the service counter or go to the cashier counter in the lobby on the first floor.

Are there any restrictions on the clinic visit appointment time? How can I cancel it?
For the appointment time, please refer to the available clinic visit time slot table of each hospital branch or online appointment data. To cancel an appointment, you must use the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital app, Internet, or go to a counter to cancel the appointment one day before the consultation.

If I do not come to the visit for some reason after making an appointment, can I make an appointment in the future?
You cannot fail to come to appointments more than three times in three months. Therefore, if you cannot come to the clinic at the last minute, please cancel your appointment in advance.
