Step 1 Doctor ordered hospitalization
Step 2 Go to the inpatient service counter for inpatient registration
[Data to be prepared] Notice of hospitalization, contact number, and the type and priority of the ward to be admitted to.
Step 3 Wait for the notice of hospitalization
[Data to be prepared]
            I. After receiving the notice, report to the inpatient service counter before 13:30.
            II. Consent to the hospitalization, and bring the identity documents and seals of the consenting person and the hospitalized person 
                 for verification.
            III. Please bring your NHI IC card (or Children’s Health Booklet or Pregnant Woman Booklet).
            IV. For occupational diseases or occupational injuries, please bring the Labor Insurance Hospitalization Application Form.

            I. Please wear loose fitting clothes.
            II. Please do not bring valuables or accessories when you are admitted in the hospital.
            III. In order to maintain everyone’s safety, in addition to mobile phones, mobile phone chargers, tablets, laptops and mobile phone 
                  power banks, if you need to bring your own electrical appliances for auxiliary care, you should actively inform the nursing station
                  staff. They can only be used if they are determined to be safe. It is forbidden to carry and use heat-generating or 
                  high-energy-consuming electrical appliances, such as electric rice cookers, induction stoves, electric kettles, electric blankets,
                  electric thermos, toasters, coffee makers, microwaves, hair dryers, extension cords, etc.
Step 4 Check-in at the Admission Information Center
[Notices] Wear the medical ID bracelet, have blood pressure measured, perform a blood test, electrocardiogram, X-ray exam, post-void residual urine test, and avoid improper discharge of patients under DRG.
Step 5 Admission Information Center staff will lead you to the ward
