You can use the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital app, the Internet, or visit a counter to cancel the appointment and then make a new appointment. If you only realize you made an incorrect appointment after arriving to the clinic, you can ask the doctor to change the appointment.

Emergency care must meet the NHI’s medical standards, but if you feel ill, you can still seek emergency care to get priority. When waiting at the outpatient clinic, if you feel very ill, you can inform the clinic staff and ask the doctor to give you priority.

How do I make appointments and see a doctor after I change my name?
Please register with your medical record number or national ID number first. On the day of the visit, please bring your national ID card to the registration counter and fill in the Personal Data Modification Application Form to correct your data, and then go to the outpatient clinic area to wait for consultation.
