汎航通運公司旅客運送定型化契約

一、乘車:

1.旅客以投現金方式搭車,並依公告票價及收費方式付費,於上車時交付。

2.優待票(半票)乘客,應主動出示優待身份證明文件,以供查驗。未依規定出示證件者,以全票票價
  付費。

3.優待票(半票)使用對象:

老人、身心障礙、兒童優待票(半票)之規定:

  ●年滿六十五歲以上,持有國民身份證或敬老證之老人。

  ●持有身心障礙手冊之身心障礙者。

  ●身高一一五至一四五公分之童。滿一四五公分而未滿十二歲者,經出示身分證件,得半票搭乘。

  ●身高未滿一一五公分、或身高滿一一五公分未滿六歲經出示身分證件之兒童,免費免費童由
    已投現金之旅客攜帶,最多以兩人為限,逾限仍應以半票投現。

二、旅客有左列情形之一者,本公司得拒絕其搭乘:

1.身患傳染病者。

2.孩童過於幼小無人護送者。

3.酗酒或狀似瘋癲者。

4.攜帶違禁品、危險品、爆炸品、易生變壞或腐臭之物品、不潔或易污損他物之物品、厭惡品。

5.不適宜隨車運送之動寵物類。有關乘客攜帶動寵物乘車規定請參閱公告事項

三、旅客乘車規定:

1.行車時勿隨意走動,以免煞車時發生意外;下車請提早按下車鈴,並於車停妥後再離座下車。

2.不得無故佔用老殘婦孺專用博愛座位。

3.車內禁止吸煙、飲食、嚼食檳榔及大聲喧嘩。

4.遇有緊急事故,請依駕駛人員之引導及操作說明使用安全設備。

5.行車時請勿與駕駛員聊天。

四、班車行車規定:

班車之行駛路線、停靠站及行車班距,如路線圖及站牌標示,均按路線行駛、停靠及發車。但如遇集會
地區、臨時交通管制區致無法通行,機械故障、氣候變化致無法行駛,或其他必要情況,得加以調整變
更,不另行通知。

五、行李攜帶:

旅客隨身攜帶之行李及小件物品,能置於座位下而不妨礙其他旅客者得攜帶上車,並應自行照料。

六、行車事故賠償:

旅客運送遇有行車事故,致旅客傷亡或財物毀損、喪失時,其損害賠償責任,依「汽車運輸業行車事故
損害賠償金額及醫療補助費發給辦法」由本公司負責乘客之損害賠償。旅客向法院提起損害賠償訴訟者
,依照法院判決之金額賠償。

七、旅客毀損本公司客車及車站等各項設備器具者,應依法負損害賠償責任。

八、本公司客車上均有標示服務電話,並於車站及客車上置備旅客意見箱以便於旅客申訴或改進服務建議。

九、本公司員工服務缺失致造成乘客權益受損或發現有舞弊等事項,請將日期、時間、地點、車號、駕駛員
  姓名及經過情形函(電)告本公司予以當事人嚴辦。

十、本契約如有未盡事宜,悉依其他相關法令、習慣、誠信原則處理。

Passenger Transportation Agreement

Riding the bus:

1. Passengers should pay the listed fare in cash upon entering the bus. 

2. Passengers who are qualified for discount fare should present their ID to the driver for verification.
   
Those who fail to present the ID are required to pay the full fare.

3. Discount fare is applicable to: 

Elders, disabled individuals, and children as follow: 

Elders of age 65 or older, with R.O.C. ID or Elder Certificate;

Individuals with Proof of Disability;

Children of height between 115-145cm, or upper 145cm younger than 12 years old with Proof of
 Disability;

Children of height under 115cm, or upper 115cm younger than 6 years old with Proof of
Disability for waived fare should ride with adult passengers who have paid the cash fare. 
Limited to two children per adult, or else, the children
should pay the discount fare.

The bus has the right to refuse the service in one of the following situations:

1. individuals with infectious diseases;   

2. unattended young children; 

3. individuals appeared drunk or mentally unstable; 

4. individuals carrying contraband goods, dangerous articles, flammable goods, easily rotten or
    contaminating goods, disgusted goods; 

5. pets not suitable in the bus. 

Regulations for passengers: 

1. Do not wander around when the bus is in motion to prevent unnecessary accident when the bus brakes;
    ring the bell in advance to get off the bus and wait for the bus to stop fully before leaving the seat.

2. Do not occupy handicapped seat. 

3. Do not smoke, eat, chew betel nuts, or make loud noises inside the bus.

4. In case of accidents, please use safety equipment following the instruction of the driver.

5. Do not talk with the driver when the bus is motion.

Regulation for scheduled bus run:

The bus routes, stops, and schedule are specified on and followed as per the route chart and bus stop sign.
In situations of driving into an assembly area, provisional traffic control, mechanical failure, dramatic weather
change or other conditions that are may interfere with the bus run, the bus routes, stops, and schedules may
subject to change without prior notice. 

Carry-on: 

Passengers can only bring baggage or small articles that can be placed underneath the seat without
obstructing other passengers into the bus, and should be responsible for the articles.

Accident compensation:

In case of accidents that result in injury, casualty, or damage or loss to belongings, Fan Hang is liable for
indemnity in accordance to “Measures for Motor Vehicle Accidents Indemnity and Medical Subsidies
Settlement.” For passengers who file a claim on compensation, the final amount of compensation should be
ruled by the court.

Passengers should be liable to compensation for destroying or damaging the bus equipment or 
    bus stop.

The service hotline of Fan Hang is listed in the bus, and the comment box is provided at the bus
    stop and in the bus for passengers to file a complaint or suggestion for improvement.

If your rights is disregarded by Fan Hang employees or you have discovered the fact of fraudulence,
    please contact us with details on the date, time, location, bus number, driver’s name, and the 
    situation.

The related laws and regulations should rule over terms not specified in this Agreement.
